With extensive background in the property industry, Sean has the passion for empowering managers and staff to implement and execute garden plans and overall garden improvement. Sean’s focus is to enhance the Strata Garden’s values and culture throughout the business. As owner operator, Sean is responsible for the continued coaching and development of the Strata Gardens team, working closely with all team members to ensure ongoing success and growth, plus the improvement to all existing and new clients’ gardens. As a horticulturalist, Sean draws from his knowledge and years of experience to lead a team of talented and professional gardeners.
